Notes:

Do not duplicate search options! For instance, if you have selected "keyword" in the first drop-down box, do not select it again in another.

Use a + sign between multiple terms (cat+dog) within a given search term field.

mtype searches item level information and the mtypes are defined by each library in CIRC ADMIN­Material Types policy. If you have space in your material type descriptions be sure to replace the space with a plus (+) sign: CD Book is denoted as cd+book.

media searches the MARC record format located in the fixed field of the 008. There are 7 MARC record formats that can be searched they are: Books (BK), Computer Files (CF), Maps (MP), Music (MU), Continuing Resources (CR), Visual Materials (VM), and Mixed Materials (MX).
